An Update to our Community and Clientele

Community and safety is at the heart of what we do at Masterpieces Custom Framing. As the Coronavirus (COVID-19) continues to impact the world, keeping you and our associates safe is our top priority.

We would like to take a moment to let you know about the steps we’ve taken to keep our community safe at this time.

1. Masterpieces is following guidelines from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) and the WHO (World Health Organization) as well as our local and national health organizations.

2. Continuous cleaning of our work spaces, counters, samples, products and door handle.

3. Having our employees take precautionary health measures such as daily temperature screening, Wearing mask / Face Shields and gloves.

4. We have implemented the “By Appointment” policy until further notice. This policy allows all customer to feel safe while in our stores and prevents multiple clients from coming in at the same time.

5. In addition, we are encouraging our customers to partner with as we go digital by taking advantage of our virtual framing. We can design through email, text or zoom.

6. Finally, we encourage you take advantage of our FREE PICK-UP service. We ask you to go to our website and click “Book Appointment” to schedule a pick- up service at your home. We will also delivery your frames as soon as its ready.
